You don’t need another “just breathe” post. You need real support.

When everything feels loud and overwhelming, it’s easy to lose track of what you actually think or need.

Therapy gives you space to slow down, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and start making sense of things.

Eric Scheeman

Hey, I’m Eric Schneeman, LMFT

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but more than that, I’m someone who gets how hard life can hit and how possible it is to live it fully again. Therapy should feel real,  like a conversation, not a diagnosis. I work with adolescents (14+) and young adults who are tired of overthinking, anxious, or stuck in survival mode.  My approach blends humor, compassion, and evidence-based tools like EMDR, CBT, and DBT to help you make sense of what’s going on and start feeling like yourself again.

Imagine a therapist who…

actually gets you.

helps you feel steady instead of stuck in your head.

helps you face what’s next without falling apart.

helps you finally start to feel like yourself again.

“You’re doing your best. Let’s make that feel like enough.”
